Almost all people can identify one thing they would want to change, whether it is their weight, their thoughts, an addiction, or even learning a new skill. If you have failed to overcome something in your life or desire to do something new, maybe it’s time for some change…

Change groups walk us through a Biblical and neurochemical understanding of what actually causes our self-destructive behaviors – and how to experience real and lasting change. You’ll develop a new understanding of how negative and painful experiences can distort who we are, what we believe, and therefore how we act.

Here’s a TASTE of what we’ll cover together:
-why we can’t stop doing the things we hate to do
-how we unconsciously sabotage our own attempts to change
-Jesus’ formula for healing self-destructive behaviors – and how it’s wired into our brains
-the deep-seated personalities we’ve developed to protect ourselves from pain
-the epidemic of loneliness and how most of it is self-imposed
-uncovering the lies our hearts actually believe, whether we know it or not
-healing practices that will help us invite God into our most vulnerable places
-the crucial elements of the relational soil where growth is possible
-tools for moving toward our fears with true accountability and support
