The Color of Compromise
Our group is seeking to continue the discussion of race relations, expanding from ourselves to the church as a whole, listening for how God would have us heal wounds caused by racial tension in our church, community, and personal relationships. We will be reading “The Color of Compromise” by Jemar Tisby and searching deeply within ourselves and our experiences at Christian Life and in the church in general for ways we have compromised in the area of racial justice in the church, historically and currently. Come prepared to look deeply, be vulnerable, and boldly embrace change.
